摘要
随着人类活动的加剧,在全球范围内,蔚蓝的海洋正遭遇史无前例的生态危机。各个国家、地区、船级社和海事组织对船舶含油污水的排放要求越来越严格。目前,多数船舶采用油水分离装置来处理舱底水,使其达到国际海事组织MEPC.107(49)规定的要求。探讨了通过舱底水澄清舱结构和管路布置的优化设计,利用油轻于水的物理特性对含油舱底水进行预处理,减轻油水分离装置的工作负荷,减少能耗,优化处理效率,降低排放水中的含油量。
Since the beginning of 21st Century, ocean pollutions have been threatening every nation around the world. The rules concerning discharging oily wastewater are more and more stringent in many regions and classification societies. Now, in order to comply with IMO MEPC. 107(49) resolution, ships are generally equipped with oil-water separators. This paper proposes a design of bilge water settling tank, where oil is separated from bilge water because of the density difference. The preliminary separation of oil in the settling tank reduces the operating load of oil-water separator and improves the water quality from the oil-water separator.
