摘要
随着环保和节能意识的不断提高,燃烧工业废气利用已成为发展方向。针对工业废气热值低、波动大和不易着火燃烧的特点,设计燃烧控制系统来实现稳定、可靠、安全的自动燃烧控制要求。以项目实施为例,介绍如何应用PLC实现以废气为主燃料的燃烧自动控制。
As the consciousness of environmental protection and energy saving growing, burning industrial waste gas for full use of it is getting popular. Industrial waste gas is usually of low thermal value and fluctuating, hence, hard to be ignited. With the aim of realizing stable, reliable and safe burning, a PLC-based waste gas burning control system is designed. The usage of PLC in the system for a few projects is presented.
