摘要
介绍了非易失性的、适应"千年虫"的时间记录随机存储器DS1556的特性、引脚和寄存器。结合机舱油气浓度报警数据记录仪给出了DS1556的使用方法。满足性能需求的同时,节约了成本,简化了设计,更保证了元件间的兼容性。为使用非易失性存储器和实时时钟的设计提供了新的解决方案。
The nonvolatile timekeeping RAM DS1556 is detailed covering the characters, the pins and the registers. Usage of the chip to the oil vapor concentration recorder for engine rooms is described. The application o{ chip allows simplified design,and good compatibility between components as well lower cost.
