分享了在研发项目质量管理中应用"一页纸项目管理"思想的体验。通过设计表格进行研发项目质量管理,规范了项目研发过程中的质量活动,为研发项目的质量控制和管理带来了方便。论述了一页纸研发项目质量管理及具体实施方法。
The principle of C. A. Campbell＇s One-Page Project Manager is transformed into quality management process for R^D projects. The tables for quality management of R ＆D projects are developed, which standardize the quality activities in the process of research and development and make quality control and management easier. The experiences of implementing the new management method are presented.
