摘要
企业为获得更为卓越的绩效成果,必须加强对质量管理的重视程度,通过提高产品质量、大幅度地降低顾客成本,提高顾客响应能力,从而获得卓越的竞争优势。质量工具是质量管理中的重要帮手,"因果图"和"排列图"最适合部门的产品业务。通过对两图之间的关系研究,将两者互补应用于生产,提高了业务质量的同时,加快了过程速度,提升了组织的竞争力。
Enterprises have to enhance quality management to ensure high quality of products and services, good customer responses and low costs, so as to gain competitive advantages over rivals. 7 tools of quality management have been widely used. Cause-and-effect Diagram and Pareto Diagram are two most suitable tools among them for business where the authors work. The intrinsic relation between Cause-and-effect Diagram and Pareto Diagram is investigated and the two tools are integrated with each other. The combined tool proves to be effective.
