摘要
以PVC糊树脂和掺混树脂为基料树脂,以邻苯二甲酸二辛酯为增塑剂,以封闭型异氰酸酯为增黏剂,以钛白粉和活性纳米碳酸钙为填充剂,在稳定剂、触变剂等的配用下,通过分散、研磨、脱气,制备成车辆底盘防石击底漆。经高温烘烤固化后,涂层具有优异的附着力、耐冲击性、柔韧性、防石击性、耐盐雾性等。
An antichipping primer for vehicle chassis was prepared using PVC paste resin and blending resin as hinder resin, dioctyl phthalate as plasticizer, blocked isocyanate as tackifier, titanium white and active nano-calcium carbonate as filer, and combination with stabilizer and thixotropic agent etc., through dispersion, grinding and degassing. The coating has excellent adhesion, impact resistance, flexibility, chipping resistance and salt fog resistance etc.
