摘要
目的:探讨实行护理管理干预对降低手术室护士工作压力的效果。方法:调查手术室护士工作压力源程度,采取护理管理干预措施,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)比较管理干预前后护士心理状态变化。结果:手术室护士普遍存在较大工作压力,实施护理管理干预前后护士SCL-90评分比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:护理管理干预可有效减轻护士的工作压力。
Objective :To investigate the methods and effect of lowering job stress of nurses in operation room through nursing management intervention. Methods: Sources and levels of job stress of nurses in operation room were studied and SCL - 90 scores were determinded be- fore and after nursing managenmet interverntion. Results :The job stress of nurses in operation room were generally heavy. The SCL -90 scores were significantly before and after nursing management intervention ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: It is an effective measure to lower job stress of nurses through nursing managenment intervention.
