卫生棉条配合护肤粉在腹泻患者肛周皮肤护理中的应用

Application of tampons with the skin care powder in the week of anus of skin care of patients with diarrhea

目的:观察卫生棉条配合康乐保造口护理粉在脑血管疾病伴腹泻患者肛周皮肤护理中的应用效果。方法:选择2011年12月～2013年4月入住神经内科的腹泻患者60例,随机分为试验组和对照组各30例,试验组采用卫生棉条配合康乐保造口护理粉护理,对照组采用我院传统的方法鞣酸软膏进行护理,比较两组患者肛周皮肤损伤发生的情况。结果:试验组患者肛周皮肤损伤的发生率明显低于对照组。结论:卫生棉条与康乐保造口护理粉联合使用有助于降低腹泻患者肛周皮肤损伤的发生,促进患处的愈合,减轻患者的痛苦,减少护理工作量。

Objective:To observe the tampon with Coloplast stoma care powder with application of diarrhea in patients with perianal skin in the treatment of cerebral vascular disease.Methods:60 patients with diarrhea from December 2011 to April 2013 in department of internal medicine patients,randomly divided into experimental group with 30 cases and control group with 30 cases.The experimental group used tampons with Coloplast stoma care powder nursing,the control group used the traditional method of tannic acid ointment in our hospital care,compared two groups of patients with perianal healing.Results:In the experimental group patients with perianal skin damage incidence was significantly lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Tampons and Coloplast ostomy care powder combined use helps reduce diarrhea patients with perianal skin damage,promote skin healing,alleviate the suffering of patients,reduce the nursing workload.
