多媒体健康教育在腹腔镜胆囊切除术前的应用

Application of multimedia health education before laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:探讨多媒体健康教育对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者术前焦虑与术后疼痛的影响。方法:将50例患者随机分为试验组(n=25)和对照组(n=25),试验组采取多媒体健康宣教方式进行术前宣教,对照组患者术前给予常规LC健康宣教单。应用APAIS量表评价两组患者术前焦虑情况,采用NRS量表评价返回病房16 h后两组患者的术后疼痛感。结果:试验组患者术前焦虑评分及术后疼痛感明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多媒体健康教育患者可以有效减轻LC患者术前焦虑及术后疼痛,值得临床上推广。

Objective ：To observe the influence of multimedia with traditional health education to the diversity on pre - operation anxiety and post- operation pain of patients under laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods：The 50 patients randomly were divided into control group （ n = 25） and experimental group （ n = 25 ）. Patients in the experimental group were treated with multimedia health education, and patients in the control group were treated with usual care before laparoscopic cholecystectomy. APAIS scale was used to evaluate degree of anxiety of patients before operation and NRS scale was used to evaluate the degree of pain of patients 16 hours after operation. Results：The anxiety of patients before operation and the degree of pain of patients in experimental group significantly decreased compared with that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Multimedia health education that can alleviate pre - operation anxiety and post - operation pain of patients under laparoscopic cholecystectomy can be applied in clinic.
