摘要
根据地理信息系统在国内外的实际应用情况,提出了开展基于实景3维GIS水库移动巡查系统研究的必要性,并分析系统目标和设计原则,进而从总体架构、功能模块、系统特点等方面进行研究,阐述利用实景3维GIS、移动GIS,GPS、移动通信、数据交换等技术建设水库移动巡查系统的总体设计,该设计可作为水库移动巡查技术架构的基础,具有一定的实用价值。
Abstract: Based on geographic information systems in the practical application of domestic and foreign, the paper proposes the overall design of reservoir mobile patrol system based on the need of real three - dimensional GIS for study, and analyzes the system objectives and design principles. From the overall structure, function modules, the system features and other aspects study, the paper also de- scribes the use of real three - dimensional GIS, mobile GIS, GPS, mobile communications, data exchange technology to build overall design of reservoirs mobile patrol system, which can be used as the base of reservoir architecture mobile patrol with some practical value.
