摘要
实验室条件下,测定0.1%氟虫腈、0.25%氟虫腈和3%伊维菌素三种粉剂在黑胸散白蚁群体中的传递性。结果表明:实验室条件下三种粉剂使供试群体死亡的时间分别为:0.1%氟虫腈粉剂264h即11d,0.25%氟虫腈粉剂168h即7d,3%伊维菌素粉剂240h即10d。实验室结果还表明:同工蚁一样,带粉的兵蚁同样可以做为粉剂毒性传递的媒介。我们建议实际应用中可以优先选择浓度为0.25%的氟虫腈粉剂。
Developing transfer experiments of 0.25 % fipronil dust, 3 % ivermectin dust and 0.1% fipronil dust against Reticuliterrnes chinensis under laboratory conditions. The results indicated that the death time of termite population which treated by three kinds of dust were 264 h (1 ld) for 0.1% fipronil, 168 h (7 d) for 0.25% fipronil and 240 h (10 d) for 3% ivermectin. In addition, soldiers treated by dust could transfer the toxicity as workers in termite population. We propose that 0.25% fipronil dust could be the first choice to be used in practical work.
