缺血修饰白蛋白在心肌缺血损伤中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)在心肌缺血早期便可出现在血液中,对早期诊断心肌缺血有很重要的意义,但是不能诊断心肌梗死。将IMA和心肌梗死的标志物联合应用,可以鉴别心肌缺血和心肌梗死,并且能对心肌梗死进行危险分层。该文主要就IMA在心肌缺血诊断中的应用作一介绍。
