摘要
针对人在回路的航空装备研制与保障过程中,缺乏技术和保障人员综合效能评估体系的问题,根据各类人员不同能力域指标在航空装备设计、开发和使用中权重的不同,提出了基于过程的动态权重分析方法,提高了指标权重的可靠性,同时将模糊理论引入灰色评估法,解决了技术人员指标量化困难、稳定性较差的问题,首次建立了人在回路的技术人员效能评估体系,为技术人员综合能力评估提供了有效手段。
Aiming at the problem that without comprehensive technician effectiveness system with better creditability and man-in-the-loop, technician effectiveness evaluation system is established for the first time. Dynamic value analysis method based on process which enhanced the dependability of index is advanced, overcome the disadvantage that the basic evaluate index in different ability domain has different weight in instrument design , develop and use. Fuzzy theory is introduced in grey evaluation method to solve the issue that evaluation index is hard to define. An effective method for evaluate technician ability is being provided.
