摘要
通过对装备技术状态评估研究现状的分析和总结,论证综合运用定性和定量评估信息来评估装备技术状态的必要性。通过分析定性和定量评估因素的特性,提出了基于自适应神经-模糊推理系统(ANFIS,Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System)的装备技术状态评估模型,该模型运用模糊综合评估法进行评估信息同质化处理,利用ANFIS对非线性问题的良好逼近能力,对装备技术状态进行建模分析。案例分析结果表明拟合误差的数量级为10-5,具有较高的状态评估精度,验证了评估方法的有效性。
According to the analysis and summarization of research about equipment technical condition evaluation, the necessity of evaluation based on assess information comprise qualitative and quantitative information is demonstrated. Based on analysis of features of qualitative and quantitative information, ANFIS based technical condition asses model is put forward. The model applied fuzzy integrated assess method in treat with varied information to get standardized input data, abilities of outstanding nonlinear mapping of ANFIS method is utilized in the modeling and analysis of technical condition assessment of equipment. Finally, The analysis outcome of a case showed that nonlinear mapping error is digitally 10^-5, precision of assessment is relative higher, which validated efficiency of the model.
