Research on Surface Warship Combat Capability Evaluation Based on Set Pair Analysis and Index Method

水面舰艇作战能力涉及诸多因素,为了避免对其比较研究过程中的个人主观判断、喜好等对研究的影响,提出了将幂指数法和集对分析相结合的"集对-指数法"的比较评估方法。在具体评估过程中,综合考虑影响水面舰艇作战能力的核心要素,先利用幂指数法构建各类核心作战能力指数模型;再根据待评对象中各类能力指标与理想作战能力中各对应指标的同一度,构成同一度矩阵;最后通过比较带权同一度矩阵内各待评对象对应的值,得出作战能力强弱排序,验证了该方法的实用性和可行性。

The surface warship combat capability includes many factors. For avoiding the influence of personal subject judgment and enjoyment, the paper proposes the set pair analysis and index method comparative evaluation method by combining power index method and the set pair analysis. In the course of concrete evaluation, it considers the core factors impacting the surface warship combat capability. First of all, the index model about the various core capability is built by power index method. Then, it builds the identical degree decision between the various capability indexes of evaluation capability. Finally,the order o0 strong and feeble matrix is built according to the identical degree objects and corresponding degree of the capability indexes of the perfect is obtained and the practicability and feasibility of the method is validated by comparing the corresponding value of each objects in the weighted identical degree matrix.
