摘要
针对数字电路板故障诊断中测试码生成效率低,提出了电路分块与D算法结合生成测试码的方法。合理分块后的电路,使得D算法生成测试码变得容易和快速,并且生成测试码的数量也有一定的减少。最后,将此诊断方法应用于某坦克控制系统的输出板故障诊断,结果表明此方法能快速地生成故障测试码,实现电路板故障检测。
Aiming combines the idea of at inefficiency of creating detection vector, separating circuit with the D algorithm to separating circuit reasonable, creation of fault detection vector is cut. This method is applied the paper propose the method that create detection vector. detection vector is easier and the hour of to diagnose fault of output circuit board on Through creating tank. In conclusion, this method to fault diagnosis of circuit board can create detection vector quickly and realize fault diagnosis accurately.
