摘要
为解决大样本条件下,寿命和修复时间分布未知的装备固有可用度检验问题,基于Bootstrap方法,得到估计量方差简易估计方法;进而得到估计量概率密度,提出一种序贯验证试验方案。将可用度试验分为交替进行的可靠性和维修性试验两个项目,假设可靠性和维修性试验方案已知,所提出的可用度序贯试验方案可验证固有可用度、平均故障间隔时间和平均修复时间3个指标参数。
In order to solve problem about how to test inherent availability under the assumption that time to failure and time to repair of system are unknown and that the test sample size is big,a sequential demonstration test procedure is proposed based bootstrap method. Inherent availability test is divided into two alternate reliability test and maintainability test. Facilitated estimation method for deviation of the estimated inherent availability and probability density function are given based on bootstrap method. Furthermore,judgment rule is given The demonstration test procedure can test inherent availability,MTBF,and MTTR under the assumption that reliability and maintainability test procedure have been completed.
