Understand and Perform——Research on Effective Communication on the Influence of the Emergency Rescue Capability

采用因子分析及回归方程建立高效沟通与救援能力分析模型,以任务的认知、理解与执行作为自变量对救援能力进行预测。结果发现:任务的理解、执行可以独立预测救援能力,而任务的认知不能独立预测救援能力;任务的认知、理解、执行力变量共同解释了救援能力55.4%的变异量(P<0.05),高效沟通对救援能力存在显著的正向影响。

This paper uses the factor analysis and regression equation to establish efficient communication and rescue capa- bility analysis model, awareness, understanding and implementation of the task as independent variables rescue capability to predict. Understanding through empirical analysis of the task, the execution can be independent predictors of rescue capa- bility, and awareness of the task is not an independent predictor rescue capabilities; task awareness, understanding, and the execution variables explained the rescue capability scores reached 55.4% of the variance （P 〈 O. 05）. Therefore, efficient communication to rescue capability cannot be ignored.
