11~12月龄夏南牛能量代谢规律与需要量研究 被引量:5

摘要 为研究夏南牛能量需要及制定饲养标准,充分发挥其生产性能,指导其生产,提高养殖效益.本研究选择30头体况良好、体质量相近[(275.57±8.99) kg的11~12月龄夏南牛公牛],采用完全随机试验设计,分为5个处理,每个处理6头牛,采用饲养试验和消化代谢试验,测定了夏南牛能量采食量、粪、尿能排泄量.结果表明:11 ~12月龄夏南牛维持消化能(DEm)和代谢能(MEm)需要量分别为0.517 MJ/kg矿75、0.402 MJ/kgW0.75,每增加1 kg消化能(DEg)和代谢能(MEg)需要量分别为40.17 MJ/kg、36.02 MJ/kg. The purpose of this study is to make feeding standard, guide production of Xianan cattle, give full play to the performance trait and improve breeding efficiency. 11 to 12 -month -old Xianan cattle with similar body weight (275.57 ± 8.99) kg were assigned randomly into 5 groups each with 6 replicates. Feeding trial ,digestion and metabolism experiment were conducted in order to measure the amount of energy intake, manure and urine energy excretion in Xianan cattle. The results showed that:the maintenance digestible energy and apparent metabolizable energy of Xianan cattle were 0.517 MJ/kg W0. 75 and 0. 402 MJ/kg W0.75 ,respectively. The digestible energy of 40. 17 MJ/d and metabolizable energy of 36.02 MJ/d were needed for every 1 kg of weight increasing.
