五种免疫相关酶在不同年龄组中国大鲵组织内的分布及活性比较研究

Comparative Studies on the Activities of Five Immune-related Enzymes in the Tissues of Chinese Giant Salamander( Andrias davidianu) of Different Ages

为更好地了解大鲵各组织内免疫相关酶的分布,分别对3个年龄组大鲵表皮、肝脏、肌肉、肠道和胃5个组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、酸性磷酸酶(ATP)活性进行测定。结果表明:所测5种免疫相关酶在各组织中均有一定分布,但不同年龄组和不同组织中表现出的活性有所差异。SOD活性水平大小依次表现为肝脏、表皮、胃、肠道、肌肉,CAT活性水平大小依次表现为表皮、肝脏、胃、肠道、肌肉,GPx水平大小依次表现为肝脏、表皮、肠道、胃、肌肉,AKP活性水平大小依次表现为表皮、肝脏、肌肉、肠道、胃,ATP活性水平大小依次表现为肝脏、肠道、肌肉、胃、表皮。由此可认为,大鲵肝脏组织为免疫相关酶的主要分布区。

The activities of five immune-related enzymes, including SOD, CAT , GPx, AKP and ATP from the skin,liver, intestine, muscle and stomach of Chinese giant salamander （Andrias davidianu） were deter- mined of different ages in order to analyze the distribution of the immune-related enzymes. The result showed that the five immune-related enzymes were found in five tissues ,while their activities were different in different tissues and individuals of different ages. The distribution of activity of SOD was liver 〉 skin 〉 stomach 〉 intes- tine 〉 muscle, the activity of CAT was skin 〉 liver 〉 stomach 〉 intestine 〉 muscle, the activity of GPx was liver 〉 skin 〉 intestine 〉 stomach 〉 muscle, the activity of AKP was skin 〉 liver 〉 muscle 〉 intestine ~ stomach, and the activity of ATP was liver 〉 intestine 〉 muscle 〉 stomach 〉 skin. The immune related enzymes of Chinese gi- ant salamander distributed mainly in the liver.
