摘要
研究了一种大型薄壁环形铸件的铸造方法,将砂芯设计成空心,通过MAGMA模拟确定砂芯厚度及内腔开槽位置,并将芯骨设计成开环式,来防止铸件变形、开裂。通过实际生产验证对比,这种方法有效地解决了此类铸件的开裂、变形问题,并减小了铸件的砂铁比。
A kind of method for casting of large circular thin-walled castings has been studied. Sand core has been designed into hollow ones with thickness and slot position determined from MAGMA simulation and core bone designed as open loop type to prevent the generation of crack and deformation. The actual production has proved that it effectively eliminate casting crack, deformation and reduce sand and iron ratio of castings.
