摘要
依据人机工程学,合理布置港口起重机驾驶室内部各元件,以提高驾驶舱的宜人性和操控员的工作效率.建立驾驶室、操控台的三维模型和操控员的手臂模型,并导入Adams软件进行仿真,在仿真过程中为操纵杆设置不同的位置参数,根据仿真结果得知操纵杆和按钮应该放置在较远位置.改进驾驶室的厢体构造,改善操控员的操作准确性和工作环境的安全性.
The interior components of port machinery cab was rationally layout on the basis of ergonomics, in order to improve agreeableness of the cockpit and efficiency of the driver. 3D models of the cab, controlling platform and driver's body were built and a simulation was conducted by using software Adams. During the simulation, different parameters of positions for the operating levers were set, a conclusion was got that levers and buttons should be placed a little far from the operator. The controlling operation would be more accurate and working situation would be much safer after the structure of the cab was improved.
