摘要
标定技术一直是双目视觉测量的难点,针对大型齿轮焊接的测量,分析了双目视觉测量标定的数学模型,得出双目视觉标定中的内参数和外参数.阐述了大型齿轮工件在焊接中双目视觉标定的图像预处理、特征点提取以及双目视觉测量的标定方法,并通过实例验证了双目视觉测量标定程序的正确性.
The calibration is difficult to binocular vision measurement. The mathematical model of binocular vision measurement calibration is analysed, and the within parameters and the outside parameters of binocular vision calibration is achieved. The image processing, feature point extraction and calibration method are also expounded for the large gear workpiece welding's binocular vision calibration process. The experiment shows that the binocular vision measurement calibration program is correct.
