摘要
针对电池组制造过程中极耳与镍带焊接工艺出现的问题,在电焊机的执行机构设计中,通过增加压力追从和电极旋转功能予以解决.通过对试验样机的测试与分析可知,改进后的焊接机头可解决动力电池在焊接过程中出现的极性和黏结问题,且机头结构具有良好的整体性,便于自动化集成,提高了动力电池组的焊接质量.
The pole and nickel have some problems with a welding process in the manufacturing process of the battery pack. In the design of welding actuator, they would be solved by increasing the pressure to follow and the electrode rotation. Through testing and analysis of the experimental prototype, it's got that the improved welding head can be used to solve these problems of polarity and bonding in the course of welding. And the structure of the machine head is complete, and convenient for automation integration to improve the welding quality of the power battery.
