2.6℃. The summer indoor air environment of typical university dormitory buildings under natural ventilation in hot summer and cold winter zone was studied through a 7-day continuous field measurement and questionnaire survey, and the characteristic of indoor air environment of rooms with different orientations was analyzed. The results show that though the indoor thermal environment of the naturally ventilated rooms during the sleeping hours at night is comparatively better than that during the day, the indoor temperature is all above 26 ~C. Due to the effective ventilation of the room, the indoor thermal and humidity environment is in the range that most of the students can accept, and the indoor air quality is good. In addition, solar radiation has significant influence on the indoor air temperature of different rooms, the indoor temperature of south-facing rooms is O. 8℃ higher than that of the north-facing rooms in average, and the maximum temperature difference in the daytime may reach 2.6 ℃.
