摘要
以某农业机械发动机为研究对象,采用AVL-Glide软件对发动机不同的活塞型线特性进行分析。在应用ANSYS软件计算得到活塞和缸套变形的基础上,利用AVL-Glide对不同的活塞裙部型线下机油消耗进行计算与分析。计算结果表明,选择合适的型线可以有效地降低润滑油消耗。这一结论为农业机械发动机活塞优化设计提供了依据。
With the agricultural machinery engine as the research object, the different engine piston profile characteristics are analyzed with AVL-Glide software. On the basis of calculating deformation of the piston and cylinder liner using the ANSYS software, the lubrication oil consumption in the different piston skirt profile is calculated and analyzed applying AVL-Glide. The result shows that the right type line can effectively reduce the lubricating oil consumption, and the conclusion provides a basis for optimum design of agriculture machinery engine piston.
