摘要
生物质液压成型机成型模具的参数是决定成型燃料单位能耗和产品质量的关键因素。为了减少单位产品能耗,同时提高成型燃料的品质,用数理统计分析方法,对液压成型模具的主要参数进行了正交实验分析,得出了成型模具参数在一定范围内的最优组合为锥角6°、保型筒直径70mm、长度225mm。
The molding parameters of hydraulic briquetting machine are the key factors which determine unit energy consumption and the quality of forming fuel. In order to reduce energy consumption in per unit product and improve the forming fuel quality, The orthogonal experiment analyse are carried to the molding parameters of hydraulic briquetting machine with the theory of mathematical statistics. The result of orthogonal experi ment shows that the optimal combination of molding parameters in certain range is cone Angle 60, diameter 70 mm and length 225 mm.
