摘要
滚筒式穴盘育苗精量播种机是实现工厂化育苗的核心装备,具有更高的工作效率和播种精度,应用前景广阔。采用纯机械控制的传动系统能够降低播种机制造成本,易于维修和保养,实用性较强。本文介绍了滚筒式穴盘育苗精量播种机的结构和工作原理,给出了传动系统的布置方案,分析确定了传动比、电机的型号、推杆间距、滚筒中心距等主要设计参数。实践证明,采用机械式传动系统工作可靠,易于调整,能够满足工厂化育苗作业要求。
Drum type precision seeder for plug seedling is an important equipment to achieve industrial seedling. It has advantages in higher efficiency and seeding accuracy and has a wide application prospect. Transmission System of mechanical type can reduce cost of seeder, be easy to maintain and have strong practicality. This article introduced the structure and principle of drum type precision seeder for plug seedling, provided the design scheme of transmission system, analyzed and determined the main design parameters of transmission ratio, mo-tor, push rod distance and center distance seeding drum and pressing drum. Practice showed that transmission System of mechanical type could operate reliably, be easy to adjust and be suitable for industrial seedling.
