摘要
本文就首台隧道式幅宽可调喷雾车底盘车架在极限扭转工况下进行静态分析,重点研究在此工况下的车架应力及位移分布情况。并采用电阻应变片进行应变测量试验,验证模型准确性。结果表明,该车架的应力值小于材料的强度极限,满足设计的要求;但整体应力水平相对比较低,材料利用率不高,所以经济性不是很好,为结构优化提供了理论依据。
Static analysis and experimental study on the frame of tunnel width adjustable sprayer in ultimate torsion condition were researched in this article, the key research is stress and displacement distribution of frame under this condition. The resistance strain gage was used to measure stress in test to verify the model accuracy. The results show that the stress value of the frame is less than the ultimate strength of materials and it meets the requirements of the design. But the overall stress level is relatively low, and the material utilization rate is not high, so the economy is not very good, and it provides theoretical basis for structure optimization.
