摘要
为解决粮食收获后在田间的运输问题,设计了一种小型化履带式手扶田间作业机。该机采用纯机械履带式的行走机构,具有自动卸物功能。经过计算和分析,确定了净功率4.1kW的汽油发动机为动力源。从生产性试验和农户的试用表明,小型化履带式手扶田间作业机,能有效地解决粮食在田间的运输问题,适合应用于各粮食生产功能区、各特色农业精品园、各现代农业示范基地和各现代农业综合园。目前,该机在浙江省金华市已经得到了一定的应用。
I n order to solve the problem of field caririage of after harvesting, a kind of small-sized crawler walking field operation machine was designed. It used the pure mechanical crawler type walking mechanism, through calculation and analysis, determined the Net power 4.1kW gasoline engine as the power source. From the Production Test and on trial of farmer, it show that, the small-sized crawler walking field operation machine can solve the problem of field caririage of after harvesting, it is suitable for the application of the grain production area, the characteristics of Agricultural Boutique Park, the modem agriculture demonstration base and the modem agricultural park. At present, this operation machine has been used in Jinhua Zhejiang.
