一种农用提灌站软起动控制装置综合测试平台研制 被引量:1

摘要 为实现农用提灌站软起动控制装置的综合、自动测试,本文进行了一种农用提灌站软起动控制装置综合测试平台的研制。该综合测试平台以嵌入式无风扇工业整机(UFO)为上位机、可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)为现地控制及数据采集核心、不同规格型号的传感器为模拟量输入信号采集设备,通过开发友好的人机界面(HMI),通过I/O设备组态、数据库组态,编写应用程序动作代码及编写PLC程序,结合传感器量程,对PLC采集的电流、电压、温度、湿度等模拟量输入信号进行处理,实现综合、自动测试,并能实现曲线显示、远程启停、身份验证、菜单操作等附加功能。运行效果表明:系统能可靠实现测试目标,人机界面友好,操作方便,测试人员危险系数较小,安全性高,测试精度高。 In order to test the soft-starting control devices for agricultural pumping station comprehensively and automatically, one kind of its integrated measurement platform has been researched. The embedded no fan overall machine is its host computer. The programmable logic controller is the core of local controlling and data collecting. Different type of sensors is the collecting devices of input analog signals. According to human machine interface, I/O device and database configuration, application programs and PLC programs, combined with the range of sensors, the input analog signals such as the current, the voltage, the temperature and the humidity can be treated. Displaying the curve, starting and stopping remotely, identification verification and menu operation can be realized. Operating effect suggests that the system has the following characteristics, testing reliably, human machine interface excellently, operating conveniently, high safety and accuracy.
