摘要
介绍了手推式液压挖坑机的整体结构,主要参数,工作原理以及性能特点。在挖坑过程中采用改变钻头转速,螺旋叶片类型的单一变量方法,对成坑时间、出土回土率进行试验。结果表明,采用双螺旋叶片钻头成单坑时间在18s左右,在180r/min时回土率最低,仅为6%。此外,本文还对挖坑机正常工作最佳转速范围进行理论推导研究。
This paper introduces whole structure, major parameters, operating principle and performance characteristics of hand-propelled hydraulic digging machine. Adopt single variable method by changing drill speed and types of spiral vane in the process of digging holes, carries out experiments on cratering time and rates of unearthed. The results show that the double helix blade dig single pit in 18s. The rate of back earth is 6 percent to its lowest level at 180 r/min. In addition, the best speed range of when a digging machine is functioning proper-ly was studied and researched in this paper.
