非对称渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮应用于风电齿轮箱的可行性分析 被引量:1

摘要 介绍风电齿轮箱的传动方式以及常见故障分析,提出将非对称渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮应用到风电齿轮箱的设想,对比分析非对称渐开线圆柱齿轮与对称渐开线圆柱齿轮的性能特点,建立斜齿轮对啮合模型,对其进行等效应力有限元计算以及疲劳寿命分析,论证将非对称渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮应用于风电齿轮箱是可行的。 Firstly, the paper introduces the transmission type and the analysis of the mechanical faults of the wind turbines gearbox, and put forward the idea that helical gear with asymmetric is used on the wind turbines gearbox. Then the comparison analysis between the helical gear with asymmetric involutes performance and symmetric involutes cylindrical gear performance is made. Finally, based on the establishment of helical gear meshing model, the finite element calculation of the equivalent stress and fatigue life analysis are made. These can prove that helical gear with asymmetric involutes can be used on wind turbines gearbox.
