泵用斜齿轮副精确模型UG下的快速实现 被引量:1

摘要 泵用斜齿轮模型的全参数化对泵的建模效率影响甚巨,在分析泵用斜齿轮副的建模特点和UG建模方法的基础上,指出了当前的斜齿轮建模方法尚存在参数化程度不高、模型质量比较粗糙、过程较繁琐等不足。结合全部采用规律曲线生成的封闭齿形轮廓线和螺旋线以及参数化的装配,提高建模效率,确保了斜齿轮模型的精确性、可靠性和全参数化。为泵设计分析的后续工作,提供了模型的质量保障。 Full parameterization of modeling helical gear was provided with a tremendous influence on modeling efficiency of gear pump, based on modeling characteristics of helical gear and modeling method of UG software, in current modeling method of helical gear, these problems of low parameter degree and rough model quality and cumbersome modeling process was brought forward. With all closed profile contour and helices on tooth constructed by rule curve and parameters of the assembly, the achieved model of gear pair was accurate and re- liable and all parameterized, at the same time, modeling efficiency was improved; and quality assurance of model was provided for the fol-low-up in pump design and analysis.
