摘要
叉车液压系统工作过程中,会产生液压源能量转换损失、液压系统能量传输损失、功率匹配能量损失,应通过合理选择液压源,合理设计液压系统结构,采用泵―负载功率匹配液压系统、阀―负载匹配的液压系统、发动机―泵功率匹配液压系统、发动机―泵―负载匹配液压系统、能量回收等技术措施加以解决,以达到叉车液压系统真正节能的目的。
During the working procedure of the forklift hydraulic system, it doesn' t only produce loss of energy conversion for the hydraulic source, but also contains losses of energy transmission of hydraulic system, as well as power matching energy loss. It can be improved through reasonable choice of hydraulic source and rational design of hydraulic systems structure, inadditionly, by adopting some technical measures, such as the load power matching of hydraulic system based on pump-load or engine-pump, The hydraulic system of valve-load match or engine-pump-load match, and energy recovery. All of above measures is to achieve the purpose that is mades hydraulic system of the forklift saving energy.
