摘要
高压空气冷却器存在严重的铵盐腐蚀,并且难于控制,内部介质为润滑油,一旦腐蚀泄漏,可能引起爆炸及火灾。针对某石化公司2011年加氢处理装置发生的空气冷却器泄漏事故,分析了腐蚀发生的原因,并根据分析结果提出了更换管束材质、改造工艺流程、提高注水量及改变注水位置等措施,成功抑制了高压空气冷却器的腐蚀。
The serious ammonium salt corrosion occurred in the HP air cooler, which was difficult to be controlled. As the internal medium was lube oil, explosion and fire were possible when corrosion leaking occurred. On the basis of a leakage in the air cooler in the hydrotreating unit in 2011, the causes of corrosion were analyzed, and effective protection measures were proposed such as replacement of cooler tube material, improvement of process flow, increase of water injection and change of water injection location, etc, which have successfully controlled the corrosion of air cooler.
