在油田采油的中后期,常采用注水技术,通常注水开发前期,油田常采用普通碳钢/不锈钢复合管作为注水管线,并采用污水净化回注和掺淡水混注等技术减少环境污染,但这种防腐技术只能延缓腐蚀的速度,并不能从根本上改变腐蚀的状况。实际上经过处理后的污水仍有含油和硫酸盐还原菌不达标等现象,导致注水管线和设备出现腐蚀和结垢。对延长油田某注水站的注水管使用情况调查得知,其碳钢/不锈钢复合管有严重的腐蚀和结垢现象。对复合管体内垢样进行分析,总结出结垢的原因并提出解决办法,即优选新型B15合金作为复合管内衬材料。现场使用新型B15合金衬管取得良好的效果,值得推广应用。
In the early stage, the composite common carbon steel/stainless steel pipes were used for the water injection pipelines in the oil field, and the technology of injecting purified waste water and mixed waste water and fresh water was adopted to minimize the pollution to the environment. Although this corrosion protection technology could slow down the speed of corrosion, it could not control the corrosion development. As the sulfur reduction bacteria (SRB) in purified waste water exceeded the specification, corrosion and fouling occurred on the water injection pipelines and equipment. The investigation of water injection pipeline of a water injection station of Yanchang Oil Field found serious corrosion and fouling in composite carbon steel/stainless steel pipes. After analysis of foul samples, corresponding solutions were recommended, such as selection of B15 alloy steel as the internal lining material for the composite pipes. Good results have been achieved after application of B14 alloy material.
