摘要
针对传统稀土电解电源DC/DC变换器滞后桥臂不易实现零电流开关(ZCS)的缺点,提出了一种变压器初级串联饱和电感和阻断电容,次级采用无源箝位电路的改进型移相全桥零电压零电流开关(PS-FB-ZVZCS)DC/DC变换器,并对该变换器的工作原理及各工作模态进行了详细分析。理论分析表明,该电路拓扑结构可在宽范围内实现PS-FB-ZVZCS,并有效降低了次级整流二极管的电压应力及辅助电路的损耗。研制了一台12V/1.7 kA的稀土电解电源工程样机,通过实验验证了该变换器滞后桥臂能在较宽的负载范围内实现ZCS。
Lagging-leg for conventional rare earth electrolysis power DC/DC converter is difficult for achieving zero current switching (ZCS).A modified phase-shift full-bridge zero voltage zero current switching (PS-FB-ZVZCS) DC/DC converter is proposed by using saturation inductance, blocking-up capacitance and passive clamp circuit.The principle and operation modes of the converter are analyzed.Theoretical analysis shows that the proposed circuit topology can achieve PS-FB-ZVZCS in a wide load range and reduce the diode voltage stress in secondary side.Rare earth electrol- ysis power model machine with 12 V/1.7 kA is developed and experiment proves that lagging-leg of the converter achieves ZCS in a wide load range.
