摘要
为更好地开发和利用珍稀野生药用菌榆生拟层孔菌,以菌丝体的生物量为测定指标,通过单因素试验与正交试验对榆生拟层孔菌的液体培养基配方进行优化。结果表明,榆生拟层孔菌最适液体培养基配方为:葡萄糖2%、蛋白胨0.4%、K2HPO40.1%、MgSO40.2%,此时菌丝体生物量可达9.98g/L。
In order to exploit and utilize the rare and precious wild medicinal fungus F. ulmaria, optimization of liquid culture medium for F. ulmaria was conducted by single factor experiment and orthogonal test, and biomass of mycelia was used as index. The results indicated that the optimum liquid medium formula of F. ulmaria was as follow: glucose 2.0%, peptone 0.4%, K2 HPO4 0. 1 %, MgSO4 0.2%, under this formula, the highest biomass of mycelia could be achieved with 9.98 g/L.
