我国不同冬油菜区种植油菜品种的含油率变化 被引量:3

Oil Content Change Regulation of Rapeseed Varieties in Different Winter Rapeseed Ecological Areas in China

摘要 为了探明我国不同冬油菜区的油菜品种含油率的变化规律,以全国油菜区域试验结果数据为材料,采取数量统计分析方法对其油菜品种的含油率变化进行研究。结果表明:1)相同油菜品种在我国不同冬油菜区种植的含油率差异明显,其中,在长江下游生态区种植的平均含油率为43.38%~43.82%,长江中游区为42.75%~43.18%,长江上游区为40.92%~41.28%,黄淮生态区为42.6%左右。2)2004--2012年我国冬油菜生态区审定油菜品种204个(次),审定品种的含油率变幅为38.59%~50.09%,平均含油率为42.79%。其中,长江下游生态区审定76个,其平均含油率为44.04%;长江中游区审定65个,平均含油率为43.03%;长江上游区审定46个,平均含油率为41.15%;黄淮生态区审定17个,平均含油率为42.93%。3)审定油菜品种的含油率变化趋势与相应品种在各生态区区域试验中的含油率变化趋势一致,且除长江中游和黄淮生态区审定品种的平均含油率相差较小,差异不显著外,其余各生态区相同油菜品种的含油率差异显著。4)在我国不同冬油菜区种植相同油菜品种的含油率以长江下游最高、上游最低、中游和昔'准哇杰区屡巾. In order to explore the oil content regulation of rapeseed varieties in different winter rapeseed ecological areas in China, based on national wide regional test data, quantitative statistics were applied to study the oil content in different varieties. Results showed that oil content for same variety was obviously different in winter rapeseed planting areas, among them, the average oil content in lower Yangtzi river areas was 43. 38-43. 82%, 42. 75-43. 18% in mid Yangtzi river areas, and 40. 92- 41.28% in upper Yangtzi river areas. Rapeseed varieties certifies in winter ecological areas were 204 (times) in 2004 to 2012, and the oil content ranged from 38.59% to 50.09%, and average oil content was 42.79%. Among them, 76 varieties in lower Yangtzi river areas with oil content of 44.04%, 65 in mid Yangtzi river areas with 43.03%, 46 in upper Yangtzi river areas with 41. 15%, and 17 in HuanghaiHuaihai ecological areas with 42.93% of oil content. The change trend of oil content for certified rapeseed varieties was consistent with that in regional test. Oil content of same certified variety was significantly different in other ecological areas except the certified Huaihai ecological areas which without any significant variety in different ecological areas was lower Yangtzi Huaihai areas ) upper Yangtzi river areas. varieties in mid Yangtzi river areas and Huanghai-difference. Therefore, the oil content order for same river area mid Yangtzi river areas and Huanghai-Huaihai areas upper Yangtzi river areas.
