迷你凤梨芽诱导与增殖培养技术研究

摘要 为了给迷你凤梨苗的工厂化生产提供参考,以小红星迷你凤梨的短缩茎为外植体,采用组织培养方法研究培养基、外源激素等对其短缩茎芽诱导和不定芽增殖的影响。结果表明:1)迷你凤梨芽诱导的适合培养基为MS+6-BA 3mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L,诱导率最高为60%;不定芽增殖的最佳培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L,增殖系数最高,为5.105倍。2)6-BA和NAA对迷你凤梨丛生芽诱导和增殖的影响达极显著,培养基对其影响达显著,3个因素对迷你凤梨不定芽诱导和增殖的影响大小顺序为6-BA>NAA>培养基。 In order to provide references for the industrialized production of mini pineapple, the dwarf stem of cultivar little red star was selected as explant to study the effects of culture media, exogenous hormones, etc. on bud induction and multiplication of adventitious buds under tissue culture condition. Results. l) the suitable culture medium for bud induction was MSq-6-BA 3mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L, the inductivity could be reached 60G. Optimum culture medium for adventitious bud was 1/2MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/Lq-NAA 0.2 mg/L, and with the multiplied coefficient of 5. 105. 2) the effects of 6-BA and NAA on had bud induction and multiplication of adventitious buds was highly significant, while the culture medium had significant effect on both induction and multiplication, therefore, the effect order for the three factors were 6-BANAAculture medium.
