贵州省典型烤烟种植区气象因子与上部烟叶品质分析 被引量:5

Effect of Meteorological Factors on Quality of Tobacco Upper-leaves in Typical Tobacco-growing Areas in Guizhou Province

摘要 为了研究贵州省不同烟区上部不同油分烟叶内在化学物质含量及协调性的差异情况,以烤烟品种云85、K326和南江3号为材料,分别在贵州省黔北(正安、湄潭、余庆)和黔南(都匀、瓮安、福泉)烟区进行了不同油分上部烟叶中的烟碱、总糖等主要内在化学物质含量变化及其协调性差异试验。结果表明:在烤烟生长发育季节,黔北烟区候平均气温较黔南烟区高2~3℃,该烟区上部多油分烟叶烟碱、总糖和还原糖含量较高,而总氮、氯离子和蛋白质含量较低;黔北烟区多油分上部烟叶具有较高施木克值和钾氯比,较低氮碱比。不同烟区的少油分上部烟叶内在化学物质含量及协调性变化规律不明显。 Changes of main intrinsic chemical composition such as nicotine, total sugars as ano their coordinate difference test between different oil state tobacco upper-leaves in typical flue-cured tobaccogrowing areas were studied in Guizhou. Cultivar Yun85, K326 and Nanjiang 3 were tested in Northern Guizhou (Zheng'an, Meitan, and Yuqing County) and Southern Guizhou (Duyun, Weng'an, and Fuquan County). Results showed as follows: the average temperature in Northern Guizhou tobacco-growing area was higher than Southern Guizhou by 2-3℃ during the development stage of flue-cured tobacco. Content of nicotine, total sugar, and reducing sugar was higher in high-oil tobacco upper-leaves in Northern Guizhou, but total N, C1, and protein content were lower, also, the Shmuck value and K/C1 were higher, and N/nicotine were lower in Northern Guizhou. By contrast, there were no obvious trends of intrinsic chemical composition content and coordination in low-oil tobacco upper-leaves in all the tobacco-growing areas.
