冶金行业节能减排技术综合评价

Comprehensive evaluation for energy saving and emission reduction technology of metallurgical industry

摘要 首先基于SMART原则和节能减排技术特点,构建节能减排技术评价指标体系;然后采用归一化处理法对评价指标体系进行约简,采用信息熵模型确定各指标权重,通过采用未确知测度模型得到节能减排技术综合评价值;藉此开展节能减排技术综合评价;最后,利用该评价方法来分析评价冶金行业的典型技术,进而为《辽宁省首批重点节能减排技术目录》编制提供了理论依据。 According to the SMART principles and the characteristics of technologies, evaluation in- dex system of energy saving and emission reduction technology was established, then normalization pro- cessing was made for the index system, the information entropy algorithm was used to determine the weights of indexes, and unascertained measure model was adopted to get comprehensive evaluation val- ue. Lastly, typical technology was cited to analysis and evaluation, in other provide theoretical basis to compilation of energy saving and emission reduction technology directory of Liaoning province.
