摘要
淮钢发电厂锅炉产生的过热蒸汽主要用于发电使用,其中有8-10t/h的蒸汽通过减温减压装置后供焦化制冷机使用。为了能尽可能利用在双减过程中浪费的能量,经论证后决定在锅炉给水泵电机后增加一台热功联产汽轮机,将该部分蒸汽引入汽轮机做功,这样基本可取代电机节约大量电能,而汽轮机做功后的乏汽压力约为0.8MPa,温度约为350℃,完全可以满足焦化制冷机的使用。
The superheated steam produced by the power plant boiler in Huai steel is mainly used for power generation , there is 8 - 10 t/h steam through the pressure and temperature reducing device used for eoking chiller. In order to use waste energy as much as possible in dual - reducing process, through demonstration decided that behind the pump motor increased a thermal power generating steam turbine. This part of the steam into the steam turbine to do work, can replace the motor to save a large amount of electricity. After the steam turbine to do work, the exhaust pressure is about 0. 8 MPa, the temperature is about 350 ℃, and can meet the use of coking chiller.
