Tailored training based on unique post needs——Brief analysis on the application of HSE training matrix in the Tahe oilfield

HSE培训矩阵是一项直观高效、可操作性强、执行度高的现代管理工具,通过矩阵的"行""列"交织,按需施教,为培训对象量体裁衣,全面提升培训成效。本文针对当前塔河油田基层HSE培训中存在的困难和问题进行分析,再以具体基层单位为例,探讨如何系统建立HSE培训矩阵,以及在推广矩阵式培训过程中特色的做法和经验,为油田石化企业的安全管理提供借鉴。

HSE training matrix is an intuitive and efficient modern management tools, with strong execution and operability. Through the ＂row＂ and ＂column＂ intertwined in the matrix, teaching according to requirement, tailored training design based on unique post needs to ensure training effectiveness. This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the HSE training of Tahe oilfield , then to specific grass--roots units as an example, to explore how to systematacially establish HSE training matrix,share the experience and practice in the promotion process, and provide reference for the safety management in oilfield and petrochemical enterprises.
