摘要
为了促进与俄罗斯在海洋科技领域的合作,本文列出了俄罗斯主要涉海创新机构简况,包括15所科研机构及15家企业,其中大部分的涉海创新机构都集中在圣彼得堡,最后对一些重要的涉海创新机构进行了介绍。
In order to promote the cooperation with Russia on marine innovation, related institutions were listed in this paper, including fifteen research institutions and fifteen enterprises, most of which were located in St. Petersburg, and at last some important innovation institutions were selected to introduce in detail.
