虽然民间慈善组织在近年来得到一定程度的发展,但仍然存在着组织松散,管理不规范,经济来源不可靠,没有专门的场所,没有固定人员等问题,这不仅严重影响了民间慈善组织的社会信誉,也严重制约了民间慈善组织救助能力的发挥,不能适应我国经济社会的发展。政府必须尽快规范民间慈善组织,民间慈善组织自身也必须加强管理,以提高社会公信力,更好地发挥社会救助功能。

Although the folk charity in recent years has got certain development, but still unable to adapt to the development of economy and society. The loose organization, disordered management, unreliable economic and human resources not only affect the folk charity＇s social reputation, but also seriously restricted the relief capacity of folk charity. Therefore, the government should strengthen the norms of private charitable organizations. And the charitable organizations also need to strengthen the management, to improve the social credibility of civil charity and its function as social assistance.
