摘要 目前临床上最常用的心脏起搏器为房室程序起搏的双腔起搏器,心房起搏成为起搏的重要部分。现代起搏器都具有某些特殊功能,如心房起搏方面的特殊功能。动态心电图系统必须具备识别P波的能力,以便评定起搏器功能。从6个病例入手,介绍P波识别对起搏器功能评定的价值。 In clinical practice recently, the most commonly used heart pacemaker is dual chamber pacemaker in the method of atrioventricular sequential pacing. Atrial pacing becomes an important part of pace-making. All of modern pacemakers have some special functions, including atrial pacing. Dynamic electrocardiogram analysis system should be able to identify P waves in order to assess pacemaker function. This paper demonstrated six cases and showed the value of P-wave-identification in assessing of pacemaker function.
