三角平衡轮廓轮胎力学性能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 以255/30R22传统轮胎轮廓为参考对象,通过改变传统轮胎轮廓断面形状提出了一种新的轮胎断面轮廓——三角平衡轮廓,利用ABAQUS软件建立三角平衡轮廓轮胎的三维有限元模型,对标准负荷工况下骨架材料的受力、轮胎接地印痕、接地压力分布以及径向刚度等进行了分析。研究结果表明,相比传统轮廓轮胎,三角平衡轮廓轮胎的骨架材料接地区域内沿胎面横向方向整体应力分布较均匀,第1胎体层端部、第2带束层端部、两层冠带层端部变形较小,而第2胎体层端部变形较大;较小的接地印痕面积和较高的径向刚度实现了三角平衡轮廓轮胎翻转力臂的减小和真圆度的逼近,从而达到降低轮胎滚动阻力的目的。 With the aim of reducing the deformation of the tire body shape and hence reducing the tire rolling resist ance, a new tire section profile which we call the triangle equilibrium profile was constituted by changing the sec tion shape of a traditional tire. The properties of the new tire profile were compared with the traditional 255/30R22 tire profile as a reference. By using ABAQUS software, a threedimensional finite element model of the triangle e quilibrium profile tire was established, and the mechanical properties of the framework materials, tire footprint, contact pressure distribution and radial stiffness under static load conditions were analyzed. The results showed that, compared with the traditional tire, the overall levels of stress distribution along the transverse tread direction of the framework materials of the triangle equilibrium profile tire in the ground area were more homogeneous. In ad dition the deformations of the first carcass ply end, the second belt end, and the two cap layer ends of the equilibrium profile tire were smaller, whilst the deformation of the grounding footprint areas and higher radial stiffness of the triangle crease and the approximate roundness achieved the aim of reducing second carcass ply end equilibrium profile tire the rolling resistance. triangle was larger. The lower made the flip arm decrease and the approximate roundness achieved the aim of reducing the rolling resistance.
