摘要
新一代智能变电站层次化保护系统针对不同保护目标配置分层、分布式的保护,利用变电站和电网全景数据实现就地化保护、站域保护和广域保护的立体防护体系。在研究层次化保护空间维、时间维和功能维协调配合特征基础上,提出了层次化保护系统总体构架,并分析了层次化保护系统特点、配置方案及实现难点问题。
To fulfill different protection objectives,the hierarchical protection system in the nearest smart substation allocating hierarchical protection and distributed protection is one of the trends. With the panoramic data absorbed from the substation and the 3-D protection system, the locai protection, the substation protection and the wide-area protection can be realized. Based on the research for the collaboration of space,time and function,the overall frame- work of the hierarchical protection is presented, features of the hierarchical protection is analyzed, configuration scheme and difficulties in implementation are raised.
